What plans and prices are available?

You can start free and choose monthly or yearly subscriptions, a one-time minute bank or a custom offer for large volumes

Where are my receipts?

Open receipts to see payment history and download an available receipt

If one is missing after payment, wait a few minutes, then contact support with date and amount

How do I update my payment method?

Open billing and choose payment-method update

Follow the secure payment screen and check the result. Alef Bot does not store your complete card number

What if payment failed or the balance did not update?

Check billing history

If charged, do not pay again; contact support with date, amount and only the last four card digits. Never send the full card number or security code

What is a credit?

A usage unit based on duration, output and quality

Standard edited text costs 1 credit per minute; subtitles cost 1.5. Fast costs half; Premium costs twice Standard

Why is one minute not always one credit?

Output and quality change the multiplier: Standard edited text is 1 per minute, Standard subtitles 1.5, Fast half and Premium twice the Standard rate

Subscription or minute bank?

A subscription renews for regular work

A minute bank is a large one-time purchase, also available without a monthly subscription. Check the package’s amount, price and expiry

How do extra minutes work?

Buy a one-time addition for an active Basic or Premium subscription

It does not change features or renewal. Unexpired credit freezes when the subscription ends and becomes usable after eligible renewal only if not expired

Do unused subscription credits carry forward?

Yes, while the subscription stays active

They reset at the end of the paid period if the subscription ends. A separate minute bank keeps its own expiry

What happens to credits when I cancel?

Stop renewal in billing and use the subscription through the paid period

Accumulated subscription credits reset when that period ends; read the confirmation first

When does a minute bank expire?

Expiry depends on the package and is shown before purchase and in billing afterward

Can I combine a subscription and minute bank?

Yes

Monthly or yearly subscription?

Monthly credit loads each month; yearly credit loads the annual allowance upfront

Is a rerun charged again?

A successful rerun creates a separate charged transcription without replacing the original

A failed rerun has no additional successful-job charge
