Credit calculation
A credit is a usage unit, not always one audio minute. Standard edited text uses 1 credit per recording minute; Standard subtitles use 1.5. Fast uses half the Standard cost; Premium uses twice that cost. Before processing, the interface shows an estimate. The final amount may change if the detected duration differs
Balance and plan cycles
Check Available credits on the dashboard. Monthly plans load credits each month; yearly plans load the annual allowance upfront. Unused subscription credits carry forward while the subscription remains active. The current plans page and purchase confirmation show prices, allowances and benefits
When a subscription ends
Accumulated subscription credits reset at the end of the paid period. Minute bank and extra-minute balances have their own expiry and eligibility conditions shown before purchase. A successful rerun is charged separately; a failed rerun is not charged as a successful job
