Update payment details
- Open billing management
- Choose the payment-method update action
- Follow the secure payment screen
- Return and check the updated details. Alef Bot does not store your complete card number
Stop renewal
- Open the subscription card in billing
- Choose the cancellation or renewal-stop action
- Read the end date and effect on the balance
- Confirm. Future renewals stop, and the subscription stays usable through the paid period. Accumulated subscription credits reset when that period ends
Receipts
Open receipts to view transactions and download an available receipt. If a completed transaction has no receipt yet, wait a few minutes and refresh
Payment completed but account unchanged
Do not pay again. Check billing history and contact support with the transaction date, amount and only the last four card digits. Never send the complete number, security code or an unredacted payment screenshot
