Extra minutes are a one-time addition for an active Basic or Premium subscription when credits run low before renewal. A minute bank is a large one-time purchase that can also be used without a monthly subscription. Neither purchase changes your subscription renewal date or price

- Select the add-minutes action beside your available credits
- Compare package amounts, prices and expiry dates
- Select the package and complete payment
- Return to the dashboard and check the balance
Validity and eligibility
Extra minutes do not unlock another plan’s features. If the subscription ends, unexpired extra-minute credit becomes frozen. When an eligible subscription resumes, only credit that has not expired becomes available again. A minute bank can also be added to an existing subscription. The amount, price and expiry displayed before purchase govern the package
Balance did not update
If payment succeeded, check transaction history and contact support with the date and amount. Do not buy the package again while the original payment is being checked
