Which export format should I use?

Word suits editing, plain text suits simple content, PDF suits a finished document and SRT suits video

You can export a completed project in more than one format

Can I edit before downloading?

How do I create a summary?

Enable it during upload or create it from a completed project

Basic and higher plans are eligible. It uses the saved transcript and costs 5 credits per hour, with a 1-credit minimum, only on success

What is an SRT file?

A subtitle file containing each segment’s text, start and end times

It contains no video, audio or styling

How do I use downloaded subtitles?

Upload SRT alongside the video or import it into your video editor

Choose the actual subtitle language and check synchronization at the start, middle and end

Does SRT contain colors or animation?

No

What if subtitles are early or late?

Shift all subtitle times in the editor, then check synchronization against the audio and save before export

Can I use existing subtitles?

Attach SRT, VTT, TXT or JSON to suitable local media, then edit and synchronize

Local subtitle files cannot currently be attached to media chosen from Google Drive

How do I correct a segment while listening?

Select the segment or its start time
