Connect an eligible account, import downloadable media and export results to a new Drive folder
Availability
Google Drive is available from Premium and in accounts where the feature is enabled. Imported audio or video must meet your plan’s file limits
Connect and import
- Open account settings and integrations
- Select Google Drive, choose Connect and approve the displayed Google permissions
- Start a new transcription and choose Google Drive import
- Select a downloadable file, review settings and cost, then start transcription
Export to Drive
Open bulk export, choose dates and formats, then export to Google Drive. Each export creates a separate folder named with the export date and time; the folder link appears when it finishes
Troubleshooting
Reconnect Google Drive if the connection is no longer active. Check that the selected file belongs to the connected account and can be downloaded. Local subtitle files cannot currently be attached to media imported from Drive
